As an orthodontist, Lotte Meereboer assesses both your jaw position and your upper airway, which is what makes an MRA effective for the right candidate.
If you already have a confirmed obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) diagnosis from a pulmonologist, ENT specialist or neurologist, we can fit you with a custom MRA directly. If you only suspect a problem, we begin with a screening and coordinate the referral process for you. Both pathways are fully supported in English.

With OSA diagnosis
With confirmed obstructive sleep apnoea (AHI ≥ 5), an MRA is eligible for reimbursement from your Dutch basic insurance (basisverzekering) — usually only the deductible (eigen risico, €385 in 2026) remains. We guide you through the diagnostic process and referral.
Snoring without OSA diagnosis
Want faster relief from heavy snoring without an OSA pathway? The treatment is then private: €999 all-in, no waiting list, no referral required.
Coverage conditions vary per insurer. During your consultation we review which pathway suits your situation. For expats: most international insurances reimburse comparable to Dutch basic insurance — bring your policy documents to the consultation.
